As we welcome 2026, we reflect on each of our current projects and the exciting progress made throughout 2025.
Shoreston Hall
In April, we were delighted to announce that our new development, Shoreston Hall had its planning application approved. Although the process took longer than expected, we were determined to ensure that we honoured the history of the building while providing the best in modern luxury living to benefit the community.
We therefore worked closely with Northumberland County Council to ensure that these measures were met along with creating sustainable living options.
Work on the site is now well under way and we plan to launch these fabulous apartments in Spring 2026.

Bamburgh was voted the best seaside town in the UK, for the fifth consecutive year, by Which? The consumer organisation.
South Meadows
South Meadows in Belford continued to progress well following the release of the first phase of 9 units. These 3, 4 and 5 bed properties offer the best in modern, luxury living and reservations for these were made as soon as they had been released. This ensured that buyers were able to make their own decisions on a variety of fixtures and fittings.
Work has continued on the rest of the site and we hope to release all properties in the Spring of 2026.
King Edward’s Place
Since their release, these luxurious apartments have been snapped up and we only have 2 remaining apartments for sale in the East Block. There will be a further 6 apartments in the North Block released for sale at the beginning of 2026, once all works are completed.
These 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have been extremely popular with the discerning buyer and offer many benefits for those looking to downsize or are looking for low-maintenance luxurious living.
